My stay at the Burj Khalifa was exceptional in every way. From the moment I arrived until my departure, they always made me feel like I was living in a world of luxury and comfort. The panoramic views offered by the tower are unmatched, providing a breathtaking view of the entire city of Dubai from the highest point in the world. Every detail of my stay was perfect. I would like to express my special thanks to Ms. Dina, who provided me with unparalleled support and care throughout my stay. She was extremely professional and played a significant role in making my stay at Burj Khalifa truly extraordinary. This has been the case every time I have stayed at this amazing hotel. Thank you so much, Ms. Dina, and the entire team at the Burj Khalifa, for the special welcome.

The staff were very wonderful, especially Joseph was very nice to me and helped me a lot, and Amelia, the receptionist was wonderful, and the assistant sager, I loved the hotel so much, and I will advise my family to try it. The owners of the park were also servants, the people at the door were very smiling, and the restaurant staff from a manager and the staff were all very nice.

A few days ago, I was in Dubai and stayed at the Armani Hotel, which is located in the Burj Khalifa. We had a Premier Room spanning 75 square meters. The layout was well thought out and comfortable—two restrooms, a bathtub, a separate shower, and everything functioned perfectly. Housekeeping did an excellent job, even preparing the bed for the night. There was plenty of storage space, including two walk-in closets, and two TVs. The room featured stunning panoramic windows and had a semi-circular layout, with separate living and sleeping areas. The mattress was fantastic—no gaps or uneven spots—so we had a great night’s sleep. In the evening, we had guests over, and the space was cozy and comfortable for entertaining. Breakfast was a highlight—everything was delicious and elegantly presented, and the service was impeccable. I’d also like to mention the receptionists, Salamat and Alima, who made our stay especially warm and welcoming. The SPA was quite nice as well, though it’s a shame it closes early at 10 PM—it would be perfect if it stayed open until midnight. After a hot day, taking a late-night dip in the pool would have been ideal.

Everything was amazing about this hotel .The staff was brilliant from the front desk , housekeeping, bellboys and restaurant staff.The breakfast was amazing in terms of food variety and the way it was presented. I was offered early check in and later on room upgrade overlooking the famous fountain. Justin at the front desk was amazing guy .He was so helpful throughout my stay.He made my stay so easy and enjoyable.I would also like to thank Peter a housekeeping manager who was really amazing guy who kept regularly checking to make sure that everything was okay and if I needed any help with anything.I would also like to mention Supun the bellboy who was so helpful and was available to assist anytime he was around I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to visit Dubai

Every thing.amazing staff .variety of restaurants.high quality of food .i tried the Japanese restaurant it was amazing.then italian alsi the Michelin stars.couldn’t be better super chef ,creative,and the breakfast was really fantastic.amazing .they offer you everything ,but highest quality ,and big big big variety And special thanks to the management .simply because you feel since you put your foot inside the hotel you will feel that they have system and discipline . Highly qualified staff ,they know how they can feel happy and make your stay enjoyable.special thanks to Maria the life style manager .sig.leandro Italian restaurant manger ,and even Ahmed the flower who works in the flower shop and I can not forget the best shisha man in Emirates abo sief his neck name.armani hotel became my second home in Dubai
